Fee Policy

The magazine uses paid services for digital publishing, graphic design and participation in international indexes; Therefore, the authors who submit articles to our journal are required to pay 3000 TRY (100 USD for foreign authors) to  account of  publication house, even if their articles are accepted or rejected. The payment document will be sent to the editor from the additional files in the system. Proof of payment must be submitted for the arbitration process to begin.  Authors whose submissions are rejected by the referees or whose manuscripts are withdrawn will not be refunded.
