Editor evaluates the uploaded articles as follows:
1. Purpose and scope, compliance with article writing rules and template: If not, it is sent back to the author. The author corrects it, adapts it to the rules and template, uploads it back to the system.
2. Documents: If the required documents are missing while uploading the article, the missing documents are requested to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The referee evaluation cannot be started before the documents are completed.
If the publishing director deems it appropriate, he directs it to the editor. The editor consults with the field editor. If the field editor deems it appropriate, the article is sent to the referees.
